Boobies

― Julie, immediately after seeing one of the waitresses at the bar come over and ask if we needed more drinks.  For what it’s worth, her fake boobs were huge and not very covered.  Mike approved.

Went out drinking with Julie, Mike, Juan and Liz.  Drunken humor ensued.

Can the MBTA please start making some more subway lines/extentions to current lines/finish repairs to the E line.  Srsly.  Also the Atlantic Ave loop looks pretty sweet.  If only the map also had a loop running from Harvard Sq. Cambridge, down to me in Allston Village, and then to Coolidge corner.

Oh wishful thinking……

Vanshnookenraggen posts a copy of a 1909 map showing current and proposed transit lines in Boston Proper, including what became today’s subways, the long-gone Atlantic Avenue el and a proposed trolley tunnel along the banks of the Charles.

Julie got her iMac and iPod touch tonight at the beginning of the tax holiday.  Just got home via the T.  Sleepy.  Will help her with setup and migrating all her data from my external onto her new machine after work tomorrow.  She’s pretty excited, and I’m excited for her.

Oh, and she made fun of me for liking the smell that new Apples have when you open the box.  It’s like a box of crayons, but for nerds.

Julie has actually been mentioning that place as well.  I’ve yet to go, so can’t weigh in on it.  Still, I’ve been pretty happy with Upper Crust on account of good food and multiple locations.

Agreed.  Julie and I favor their pesto pollogo pizza.

If you are ever in Boston, The Upper Crust has the best pizza in town.

Nooooo! Pinocchio’s FTW! Upper Crust is good, but way too pricey. Brookline Spa is also amazing, and just down the road from Upper Crust.

Fire alarms = excellent way to get paid for not working.*

One of these things isn’t like the others.  One of these things doesn’t belong in the cupboard.

This is what was waiting for me when I came home from work last night.  Julie had placed the Tropical punch in the cupboard by accident.  Fortunately it had only been in there for a little bit so I returned it to the fridge.  Still, made us both laugh when I showed her the photo.

Today has been an up and down kinda day.

+ Coffee
- Beeping from the fire alarms at work
+ Fire alarms actually going off allowing me to be paid to chill outside for ~ 10 minutes
- It’s hot outside
+ Ratatat on my iPod
- Day seems to be going on forever
+ Will be hanging out with friends and Julie later.
